DuckDuckGo is not a browser, so you can not be using that. That is also not a the current or a recent build of Chrome from the look of it.
    What browser are you using?
    Really? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duckduckgo.mobile.android&hl=en_GB&gl=US
    I guess it's duckduckgo

  • Why are we complicating things by using the browser on the phone rather than the app?
Already answered to the other Neil. When I say a single click,  I mean all that's needed is the click to launch the app.

if you insist on a browser have you tried another one?
That wouldn't explain why it's suddenly stopped working on my preferred browser. It still isn't today.

Are you using 4g or wifi your 1st post shows 4g, try another browser or does it work on your home wifi.

My bad, When I searched nothing comes up. It will not work with the banks website because it is using various forms of VPN, pre-caching and obfuscation, with data going via one or more third party servers, so the bank may well have blocked it.

If I use a VPN I can not access my bank either, so that is not that unusual.

It helps limit down where the issue could be, so try it.

I've just tried it on another browser and it works, but now it's also working on Duck duck!
  • Sounds like your Phone provider's DNS , you could change your DNS depending on your phone.

    Duck duck go.

The app is an absolute Godsend if your phone falls into the wrong hands. In a single click, a would-be identity thief gets what could take hours to determine (if at all) i.e. the owners surname and forename, guaranteed to be correct.
The phone you have locked via pincode/fingerprint?

The right question here is, is the phone encrypted? Do you have to enter a pin/password/fingerprint to actually boot the phone up after turning it off and on again?
A dream is not reality, but who's to say which is which?
