Just to let you all know, the case was dismissed and I was awarded £95 for loss of earnings.
What won it for me was the fact that the signage was badly located, badly lit especially on a February evening and the fact that the Claimant didn't provide actual photos of the signage and only used stock images and there was no way of proving that those signs were actually the signs in question.
So I just want to thank everybody for their help. I know I've been annoying to some of you because I have asked a lot of questions but I really do appreciate every person who has offers their help and guidance.6 -

Brilliant news again!
Please come back every week to check if the Government Consultation has opened as it will only be accepting public comments from victims like you, for 4 weeks this Summer, we understand. Real victims need to be heard, to shape and confirm the policy the Government intends to being in next year.
You can bet we will be posting about the Consultation soon! Please join us and make change happen. This is better than any petition, this is the MHCLG asking questions to affirm their proposals, having already made some good decisions.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Nice result. Not often WW goes all the way to court, ordinarily discontinues when he sees a determined defendant getting through all the hoops. Must have thought he had a chance. Nah, nah - unlucky Walt, get your chequebook out!Well done @jordan91👏Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
