Help! Claim issued against me for parking ticket

I’ve received a claim form from the court, issued by BW Legal on behalf of premier parking for a parking notice charge issued over a year ago. I have acknowledged service but now need to send in a defence. I’m so poorly at the moment with severe pregnancy sickness that I just can’t think straight...please can someone help…

Note para 2 is encouraging y9ou to call the claimant and agree a single document. You ar enot required to do so, but making the effort - even if they dont actually agree, or even respond to you - looks far better to the court.
