    Similar issue but slightly different.
In the check rewards tab  I have a nice tick for the paid in £1500  stipulation but not for the £5k balance. It says 'invalid date' and I didn't have £5k in the account on the start date. Basically I'm not 'on course' The £5k balance has been there since Christmas day so I should be 'on course' for this month.

I presume a corrected computer system will take care of the issue and I don't need to make contact?

That's what I'm hoping, and is the reason I ask about corrective action, so we know if they only respond on asking.
eta of course if you're 'legal' you could just complain if they don't pay.

Good to know it doesn't revolve around 1st Jan process. Maybe enough moans will facilitate a corrective action by Halifax.
So, has anybody on the £5k option actually got an 'You are on track' ?
Not here got the invalid date, I had not transferred out and have had plus 5k in the account each day this month.
Likely IT issue then. I'll wait to see if they fix it without my input ... for the same, ahem, reason as Colsten.
So I’m on 5k option with the invalid date error on tracking I have however been paid the £5 today.... tracking still the same with not on track invalid date showing.

The £5 you got paid today will be from December 2020.

Mine has been corrected too , but I did call Halifax and have received a £5 credit on my account as the rep seemed to think that I wouldn't be getting the £5 next month. But that was before the correction so am waiting till 12th Feb to see if I will be £5 up on the deal
    You never know !!!!
