After being inspired by this thread - made my first flannel raindeer today - cant believe how easy it was and how good it looks - well chuffed.
  • I have loved reading through this thread, and have seen come brilliant pics, but I cant seem to find the instructions on how to make a reindeer? if anyone has the link, would you be kind enough to share it with me?

I love the easter chicks, a cadbury's cream egg fits in it's belly perfectly.
Unfortunately I cannot find the link and I am on my way out, will keep hunting for you.

OH suggested last night doing christmas puddings in little muffin cases..............he said to wrap the flannel round a chocolate orange ( or even real orange?) -elastic band to secure it and that part goes on the bottom. Cut a piece of white felt in a random shape to resemble cream and pop holly decoration on top. I did try it with a tennis ball (minus felt and holly)but the flannels I've got are a bit too thick .............I got some brown ones last year that were smaller and thinner -can't remember where from. Any ideas ?
