These ones are quite small, if you are wanting to use 2 flannels then the brown chequered ones are the right size for these, although I can't remember if someone said they were stopping doing these?

I can send you a couple of the brown chequered ones if you want to try?

Thanks rusty... i got the brown xl ones as well was baffled at the beautiful creations using the strawberry cup then realised after posting that it is one flannel in them.

I read through every page on this thread! and it inspired me to have a go so here is my attempt on swiss roll and a muffin cake using flannels I used a brown pom pom on top of the muffin

Trying to remember who had flannel cakes last year...........lol I know youngest son had flannel yule log so he's getting flannel reindeer this year, so's his girlfriend.
Bit of a space in other sons partners 'shoe box' for her birthday so think I'll do a flannel cake for her and have a go at making the case myself, as I only want the one.

Does anyone know where I can get a tempplate for a muffin case ? Had one and can't find it. Tried to make one this morning myself -well, distaster............looks nothing like it should:eek: Back to the drawing board on that I think. I'd got some really tiny floral soaps I thought I'd pop in the top...............that was a no go as well.................

Like you, I was looking for a muffin case template. I haven't seen an actual case, in 'real life', but they looked like they might be a similar size to a disposable cup, only shorter. I tried using the cupcover one on here: http://alenkasprintables.com/templates.shtml and cut it down - I was using it for a sock cupcake - it didn't seem too bad. Presumably they could be made bigger by expanding the template.
