same here I noticed that they had
used some of those clear plastic
cup & domed lids from Starbucks
the kind they have the frappachinos
in,I think when I get the chance I
am going to see if I can find a couple
of used ones and give them a good
    wash.

Lots of useful ideas to be had here
and just in case you were wondering
    a single cupcake was £6.50 !

Hi Julie, there's one here, it says it has a video demo too - don't know what it's like my computers having a mare at the mo and won't play it. http://jas.familyfun.go.com/arts-and-crafts?page=CraftDisplay&craftid=10059

Savvy I think yours look incredibly professional-- you must be really chuffed. Is anyone clever enough to give us a breakdown on the wonderful items that Rosekitten saw at the continental market?

savvy they look amazing really nice

by the way if anyone here has run out of cello
wrap and is looking for a suitable altenative
amd cant get any local and especially as its
probably too late to get anything posted
    in time.

Asda sell roasting bags 10 in a pack
for 95p or the large turkey ones 2 in a bag
for 99p.tried this myself and they are fine
the 10 in a bag are perfect for smaller items
like the cupcakes. But the larger ones are
good for bigger items just cut accross
the bottom and down one side this gives you
    quite a large sheet.

Cant take all the credit for this as someone
posted a thread with this tip on,its also perfect for
    wrapping homemade sweets and chocolates
as its food grade quality .

the large cake in the centre was in three
tiers I would say its probably towels in three
    different sized

the cakes on the left are slices of cake
the top one on the pile is rolled like a swiss
    roll

the clear cup with the brown and cream
flannels that is one of the frappachino
cups from Starbucks or similar filled with
flannels I reckon brown on the bottom,
then a cream one then two flannels
in brown and cream rolled together
and pinched up in the centre to give
the frothy cream effect.this had the
clear lid on the top and in the centre
is a hole for a straw they have just
placed a cut down one in on a slant

the ones on the left are I reckon
    two flannels in each everything
had strawberries on it with the
    exception of some having roses
    on them.
Have to say the strawberries look
good in the pic but were not the
    nicest in reality.

the lollypops were two flanels rolled and a
wooden barbeque squer to hold it in place
