I have read through the NEWBIES thread numerous times thanks, it's just quite difficult to work out what applies to my case specifically as a lot of it deals with signage etc and isn't relevant.

The best part of the NEWBIES thread I found for my specific circumstances was this:

With the above I can edit the parts of it to fit my specific defence. Part of the NEWBIE thread references witness statements and evidence to be submitted after a court date has been set and after I receive my DQ N180 form.

From what I understand from the NEWBIE thread is that as I have submitted my SAR request and asked for the CCBC to send me a copy of my defence that was written on paper, I now have to wait for the DQ N180 form if they continue to pursue legal action and write up a witness statement ready to submit once/if I get a court date. Also finding other case law and pieces of evidence to also submit for my case.

It's important to note that for a lot of people, this process is very new and overwhelming, especially given financial situations where a few hundred pounds is the difference between being able to feed oneself properly for a month or not.
