Arouz - how many other drivers could there be? If 2, say so. If unknown, say so. For example if it's a "family car with a dozen people having access.I would suggest pointing out the date is an unremarkable day 4.5 years ago.2

@Redx
what should be redacted from the Utility Bill i.e. what data can I share with them and what should I DEFINITELY not share with them?
With regards to eh notes that I was the RK of the vehicle at the time, do I need to get something from DVLA for this? Or will a paragraph suffice?
@nosferatu1001it can only be me or my partner who would be the drivers at the times of the offences.3. The Defendant does not remember whether they or their partner were the driver on those specified dates and times due to the amount of time that has passed, as the first time they heard about these parking charges were in November 2020 via post, which means that the incidents occurred 4 ½ years ago and the specified dates were unremarkable to the Defendant.
The Defendant cannot be held liable due to the Claimant not complying with the ‘keeper liability’ requirements set out in the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, Schedule 4.0 -

Why would you need to redact anything? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Why would you need to redact anything? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Write to the DVLA and ask them to confirm exactly what dates you were the RK of vehicle AB12XYZ.
Subject.Access.Requests@dvla.gov.uk
Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail.

Those who pay £150 for a pair of trainers from Nike which they make for a fiver? Those who sell their scrap gold for less than a fifth of spot? Those who pay £20 for a Tee shirt? Those who pay for priority boarding on Ryanair? You surprise me, your Honour! 😄Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. It's to prove that banks , council and other institutions are content in writing to the defendant at that address , so the claimant should be as well , you need to show that you are being responsible and the claimant is being irresponsible
You do not share photographs , driving licence number , passport number , date of birth , mother's maiden name , name of first pet , or anything else commonly used by institutions to identify people
They are not MI5 , they are not entitled to any extra data other than what they currently have on you , they know the date , they know your name , they know your address , it's just their staff being awkward which is no excuse after over 2 years of the GDPR and are probably using old DPA templates to reply4 -
Rightio, have just sent off an e-mail to the DVLA, so let's see how long that takes.
Until I have that confirmation from them, should I e-mail anything else to Highview Parking in the meantime?
I feel like this is a jigsaw puzzle, where I have to put all pieces together, to finally get the full puzzle completed, to end up seeing that the puzzle is a picture of a massive middle finger to Highview parking 😂3 -
Only your SAR reply with further suitable I D giving them 7 days notice to comply with the law and stop being unreasonable !! Tell them your I D is within the ICO published guidelines and not everyone has a passport or driving licence and there is no legal requirement for you to provide extra data that they do not require
The DVLA reply usually takes a month1
