Highview Parking chasing up 4 ½ years old PCN

Hi all,
So this is the situation:
We used to live in London but moved to Birmingham around November 2016. In that time, we've been through 4 different cars from then until now.
Now, last month or so I received a letter from Highview Parking with regards to a PCN for something that happened in April and May of 2016. There are 3 incidents that they are referring to, all pointing to the same location.
That location of parking is in Mitcham, London, and is the parking space for a Morrisons and a Gym which I used to attend back then.
I chucked the letter in the bin as I thought, surely this must be some kind of joke, as it's 4 years old and we always to park there so I didn't think much of it.
Today however, I received a Claim Form from The County Court, stating that Highview Parking are looking for £811.03 with the following breakdown:
Amount claimed: 681.03
Court fee: 60.00
Legel Representative costs: 70.00
Total Amount: 811.03
What is the best advice going from here, because there's no way I can afford that, nor do I remember what happened 4 years ago.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your financial situation is irrelevant
3 PCN s are at most £300 , at £100 a pop or less
Post the issue date from the claim form below
Email a SAR to the DPO at Highview Groupnexus to obtain all your data attaching a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR law
Start by reading the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , adapt the template defence by coupon mad and post the 2 adapted paragraphs below for critique3 -
What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?3

Like all parking companies, Highview will be desperate for money right now due to covid, hence bringing up old parking charges.
Within the amount claimed they will have added fake amounts so ....
1: How many parking tickets and how much was each one
2: It will be a legal handling this ..... who is it

How can three PCNs add up to bloody £811?
I detest the greed in this industry. This is pathetic.
At least you received the claim to the right address and can acknowledge it as per the NEWBIES THREAD pictures on how to do that (not before day five) and then look at and use the template defence.
Easy enough scam to kill but you should have appealed and got the PCNs cancelled - damn easy v Highview, too late now (if you never received the PCNs at all that's because you forgot to update the car's registration address at that time). When you move house, don't you know that changing your driving licence address is not enough and that you then miss any PCN attributed to the car you own at the time? Rhetorical question.
Please answer KeithP's question and get thee to the NEWBIES and TEMPLATE DEFENCE threads (no links).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
Thanks for getting back to me on this so quickly.
The Issue Date of the Claim Form is the 31st of December.
@Redx
Should I post just the 2 adapted paragraphs, or the whole defence? Does any other part of the defence need to be changed?
@beamerguy
1: How many parking tickets and how much was each one
From checking the PCN online on Highview's portal, I can see that there are 3 tickets, each to the sum of £165.
In the form it states that:
"AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS
1. £495 being the total of the PCN(s) and damages
2. Interest at a rate of 8% per annum pursuant to s.69 of the County Courts Act 1984 from the date hereof at a daily rate of £0.11 until judgement or sooner payment.
3. Costs and court fees"
2: It will be a legal handling this ..... who is it
The legal according to the Claim Form is DCB Legal Ltd by some lady called Yasmin Mia who is the Claimant's Legal Representative.
@Coupon-mad when we moved Birmingham, the address of the license and the address with Audi, the PCP provider for the car was also updated, so it strikes me as very unusual that I've only heard of this parking charge after 4 years.

As above , only post the paragraphs that YOU have changed , we don't need to see the ones written by coupon mad , why would we ? She knows what she is doing , no need to check her work , it's been done numerous times before
You need to trust what we tell you , do what we say and don't ask basic questions until there is a lull in the homework you are doing under orders. You can learn the finer points later after doing what you are told to do
Each PCN must be £95 , times by 3 equals £285 , somebody ( probably Highview ) has foolishly added £70 per pcn debt collectors charge , not allowed and objected to in every court case we assist with
No idea how they have inflated the total to the ridiculous figure being claimed (sc#mmed)
A SAR will get the documents and pictures etc
Do that AOS online , asap , today , no excuses !!2 -
arouz said:The Issue Date of the Claim Form is the 31st of December. With a Claim Issue Date of 31st December, you have until Friday 19th February January to file an Acknowledgment of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AoS, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 2nd February 2021 to file your Defence. That's four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.3

Thanks @Redx , @KeithP and @nosferatu1001 for guiding me into the right direction.
I've gone ahead so far and done the AOS as well as sent a SAR to them and an email to their Legal team.
I'll get onto the defence now and will post it up here once done.
Once again, thanks so much for helping out with this, stay safe during this lockdown 💪.1
