You know your triggers, so hopefully you have some ways to cope.
    Get the SAR done
Then show us para 2 and 3. No, you do not need the info from teh SAR to do this, otherwise we would have told you. You CAN complete 2 sand 3 without the SAR info, and you MUST do so because a SAR cannot be g'teed to return in time. No, you cannot get an extension while you wait for a SAR.
Get it done! You CAN do this.

What some posters see as rude, others see as directness, giving forthright, helpful instructions.

It's bluntness , not rudeness , this isn't the Samaritans , just do what we tell you and leave medical issues to your doctor , nurse or hospital , not this forum

We see this mentioned time and again , daily , some of us have it , or have disabilities , but we don't let it impact our good advice , grow a thicker skin , it's the price you pay for free advice , warts and all

Feel free to pay a lawyer hundreds of pounds if you want professional assistance , but if you want to interact on a free forum , just assume that everyone has their own troubles , anxieties and issues , none of which has anything to do with your legal case !!

    Bluntness is not rudeness

You are being assisted. All of these activities are things you can do. We know you can do it, because we have helped dozens of people who have been in worse positions than you. But it does require yuo to do as you're instructed, because we can only help so far.

If you want someone to do it for you, then you need to pay a lawyer. That will cost you in the region of £500 plus VAT, without much in the way of rep in court.

If you continue to criticise those who are helping, you will find you have noone left.

Hmm, well, you could ask for a refund of £0.00 and the case will be closed. Immediate refund

OR, you listen to the experts and win
