    So show us your defence THIS WEEK
    Dont delay further, because youre not quick at getting these things done, and you need to make sure this defence is filed correctly and in time. 
    The newbies thread has a complete template defence for you to read and understand and we need to see ONLY the changes you make, most likely to para 2 and 3

    When dealing with legal matters, precision is veryimportant. Note how the defence has been written. Make sure your amendments follow the precise format, are in third person, etc.

    Can I just ask, sorry for the questions, this has set my anxiety off. Until the Notice of County Court Claim Issued,  have ignored all correspondence from BW, I don't have any previous correspondence from them

    then email a SAR to the DPO at NCP to get all your documents , pictures and data , asap, attaching a copy of the claim form to the SAR request as proof of I D under the DPA 2018, known as GDPR , a law allowing you to retrieve your data from companies for free

    acronyms etc are explained in that NEWBIES thread in post 5 , also read the 2nd post as well

    this is exactly the right place to be and hundreds of people have already been helped in the last 5 years or so

    no it wont affect your case, because you dont need that evidence for several months , but get the SAR email done and out of the way , tonight

    then concentrate on adapting paragraphs 2 & 3 of the template defence by coupon mad, then post those paragraphs below for critique

    I have done the SAR but unfortunately I don't have an email for NCP so this will need to be posted, unless anyone has an email address to give me for NCP Ltd.

    try their privacy page on their website, that is the place to find DPO info and email addresses (it is definitely on there)

    Have you looked at their Privacy Policy - as suggested in the NEWBIES thread?

    Googling NCP Privacy Policy reveals this statement:
