So I’m presuming because it isn’t completed the stamp duty will be lost or is it honoured because you’ve already started the sale?

Sorry I have been Mia so many forms to fill in and running around to do as well as my normal day to day EA rang today to say everything was with solicitors it’s just a case of waiting for them to get there heads together and shuffle a few papers around but I am going to give my solicitors a call next week and the EA has said she will really try and push it as we got a letter today for my hubby to go in and get a new knee 2 nd of august he has waited 2 years for this appointment although he needs both doing this will be a start so we really need to be moved for then she said she does think it will be the middle of this month but can’t promise I can’t be doing with trying to move and him just coming out of hospital or still in I can’t see why there should be any problems but who knows I suppose if there is a bonus I will be left to my own devices while he is laid up in bed upstairs so he will not be able to keep me right and give me orders well he will but I won’t be able to here him so in between running up and down stairs waiting on him hand and foot my life will be my own 😂

Hope hubby’s knee op goes to plan and that you’re settled in your new home before he has it done.
