    It feels unbelievable. I'd want to do a sit in until they sort it. Most banks/BS can given you sort code and account details - and then I would have expected the different parts of your mortgage to have different reference numbers... There has to be a better way. A Chairman's letter could be the way to go as that's ridiculous.

    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)

    Oh keeps contacting them on the chat and they say there is nothing wrong with the phone lines.  So he says I have been on  hold for 2 x 2hr stretches today and they said "no one else has reported this are you sure its the correct number?" Grrrrrr

    That's probably because they've got no-one else trying to OP!!! The joy of being in the minority....🙄

    Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!

    No I have tried to cheat and press zero so you just want to talk to a representative - pressed other numbers such as having difficulty paying and NOTHING.  No n one is answering
