Hello @cathybird it is me again.
I always lurk but stopped posting.
I hope you don't mind me joining you again. I know I drop in and out, but sometimes alcohol is not an issue and sometimes I feel it becoming one again. I'm sort of homeless in that I don't have my own home. I am staying with a friend who drinks a lot. It is very social here and sharing wine with her is enjoyable, but it doesn't agree with me. I want to cut down as I am gaining weight, feeling puffy and uncomfortable when I wake. I don't want to go teetotal. I just want some AF days and just one or two glasses (I'm lucky I can do that easily) when I do drink.
I'd like to have 2 AF days a week or 8 a month to start with. For the rest of October I would like 4 AF days.
If my goals are not in keeping with your thread I can always identify days in my diary and note them there so don't worry if I am unsuitable.
Thanks for reading. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

I'm sure cathybird will be along to tell you herself soon (it's silly o'clock where she is) but I can tell you that nobody is unsuitable. We all have our different goals and reasons for being here. Welcome doingitanyway. Xdoingitanyway said:Hello @cathybird it is me again.
