12/20 for me today please.
I'm "chuffed" with myself for doing parkrun this morning, for the first time in over 2 years. I'm 3 parkruns short of getting my next milestone t-shirt for completing 250 parkruns. I managed to run for the first 1k then ran/walked (more running than walking) for the next 4k. Not bad considering how long it has been.
I got home to an email from someone I was sitting next to yesterday saying he's tested positive for Covid, eek. I did a test which was negative, but I'll need to do a test for the next few days. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?4 -
Good afternoon all , I hope everyone is well.
Today marks 11 years since I became AF - a decison I have never regretted.
It doesn`t affect my (sparse) social life , but I still go out and drink non-alcoholic drinks (in fact I organised my works team Xmas meal !).
I wish everyone well and I am proof that I could go from drinking 36x500ml cans of Belgian Stella per weekend to nothing and NOT miss it.

Hello antonic, congratulations on your 11 year soberversary 👏. It is very good to read such positive comments about life without alcohol. Thank you. X
I am 15/25 please cathybird. Glad that you are settled in your holiday accommodation. Thank you for continuing to keep score from Oz, you must be tired after your long journey. X4 -
Happy holidays @cathybird!
@antonic wow, 11 years! What an inspiration!
I'm pleased to say I'm now on 9/31 after properly falling off the wagon
Not going to beat myself up though. Its been a week from hell and I've survived it. Hoping to notch up over 20 AF days this month still.
