  • I am on 14/25 today please. Decided to have a glass of wine on Saturday to celebrate my mum's birthday and the whole evening descended into chaos! Drank way, way too much and I am currently in the grips of a 2 day hangover  :( really hate feeling like this! Lessons learned- stick to my guns! I said I was just going to order my own single glass of wine but the rest of the family insisted on ordering by the bottle and topping up my glass! Once I have had a couple of glasses of wine it's game over really for having a sensible night so next time I need to be much firmer! Got no major social events planned for the next 2 weeks though except with my boyfriend who basically barely drinks anything so hoping to have a good run of AFDs to make up for it!

Hope everyone is doing well. Congrats on all the days stacked up so far this month!
