6/20 for me today please.
I've got some energy back, hurray, and spent a productive hour this morning hacking the ice from inside the chest freezer and sorting out the contents. The freezer running costs should now be lower because of this. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?4 -
Not drinking tonight and didn't last night either so 7/10 please Cathybird. Very pleased to get a swinging off a leaf emoji 👏👏4

7 for today please.
Unfortunately been struggling all day, exhausted for no reason more or less since waking. On / off cravings, first time in a few weeks I'm wise enough now to know why but still a !!!!!! battle sometimes. All my own fault ultimately but I got through the day so still a win imo.
@sukeyboo There are so many different teas, not a fan of peppermint either and tbh something I don't have at other people's houses, so just something I enjoy at home. The red berry type teas are nice, I also like chamomile and some of the other herbal teas. Buy good quality, makes a world of difference. If you want to try a variety of different teas without committing to a massive amount of it try the F&M tea advent calendar. We tend to bulk order from F&M but I also don't mind the teapigs chamomile and sometimes buy a selection of the pukka tea variety boxes. Do you have a temperature variable kettle? Some of the teas like water at different temperatures for optimum taste. Can be a bit of an art learning how to get the most out of different types of tea ha.5
