Last month was 29 days. Less said about the one day I did drink the better tbh. This month I’m on 4 days and actually have a target of 31 as some of my staff and I are doing the go sober month. Just as well, I’m really struggling with things at the moment tbh been worse this past week, the prospect of the interest rate hikes when my discount rates come to an end isn’t helping my mental health.
