Hello everyone.
And she's back in the room. I was Mollypolly many years back in this forum.

I have been prowling around a bit on here and think I may need to get back into this.

Firstly though can anyone tell me how I get back to the point I have read to as this is such a fast moving page. It takes me ages reading back to find out where I was.

Hope this makes sense.

hi Mollypolly, good to hear from you! This is actually part 17 of the "cutting down alcohol" thread and it started in January 2021. If you go to page one the very first post has the previous 16 incarnations of the thread listed, going back right to the very beginning, so perhaps the best idea might be to have a quick browse through those? Or if you know what year it was you stopped posting, I can have a quick look for you.

I have more or less caught up with all of the previous threads. It is just when I sign back in each day I cant remember where I am up to and I thought there was something on the thread that used to show if you had read a post LOL.
So much time gone by and I am soooo much older

Ah sorry! I totally misunderstood. You can bookmark the thread. It's the icon right next to the gear/settings button at the top right of the page. Then when you want to catch up on where your bookmarked threads are up to, you go to the green banner, also at the top right of the page, where there is a button that says "bookmarks". I actually found your last comment on the old threads, and it is here

Having an early one and it has been AF so 6 please. Definitely nice to be away and pleasant weather but only we could be away from home on both the day Forest got back into the premier league and also miss the Queen's jubilee - son has missed those moments in history as the in-laws keep reminding us lol but he doesn't care - happy to see his grandparents.

That is so long ago. I started drinking again about a year after that but I was very good about not  drinking every day. But it has now gone back to every day since I retired as I no longer even have weekends. Every day is one LOL, and this morning my daughter told me in no uncertain terms to stop drinking so much

I am going to start cutting down again so I am going to try for 10 alcohol free days in June as we are going on holiday this month................with said daughter and family. So must behave
