Someone I know just sent me this, passed it onto a few people I know who are finding past decisions are affecting them and I thought it worth sharing on here too for anyone struggling: ‘never be a prisoner of your past - it was just a lesson, not a life sentence’.Subject of which I should stop !!!!!! it for myself and try to get some sleep ha.5

Hi Mollypolly, welcome back.I completely understand your situation. Recently I had no structure to my day for about 2 weeks. No work, evening driving and extra stress. During that time to escape I found my drinking increased above my normal.Fortunately it was short lived and I appreciated getting back into routine. I feel better for it too. It’s frightening how easy it is to rely on “something” when life gets overwhelming.Do you have a routine in your week? If not can you create some things to do of an evening? What time do you start to get cravings? I’ve recently started having a Trip CBD drink between 5-6pm instead of wine. Then dinner between 6-7pm.It’s helped to curb the craving and sometimes if I’ve been driving and busy I haven’t given wine a thought. It’s still early days for me but I’m trying out different things.Good luck.(19 days for me please for May).Live for the moment and plan for the future5

Morning Cathybird, morning everyone. Welcome to a shiny new month!
I've realised that I finished May on 9 instead of 10. Sorry to muck your score sheet up. Please can I have a target of 16 in June. I'm declaring early for this evening so 1/16 please.5 -
@CuppaTea I am enjoying those things too: for me it is also the nice ritual of getting a glass out, putting ice in and the sound of opening a lovely AF drink.5
