14/26 - planned to have a drink but didn’t bother. Got massive anxiety over it at the dining table worried it would lead me to the next level and I really don’t want to and I’ve got it into my head I really want to complete a full month 31 days alcohol free - I signed up to dry jan and completely failed with it so it’s important to me. Know it wouldn’t have led to having a sniff today tbh but tomorrow if I have a drink idk maybe. Wife annoyed as she chose not to drink but clearly fancied one - wouldn’t have minded if she had, she knew this.

Morning all, 10/24. Lapsed yesterday but it's a new week (not sure how that makes a difference!) so back on track. No idea why but I find Sundays a challenge!
