Yesterday was AF and committing early today so 16 please. 

Today is also 28 days total. 4 weeks since I had a drink or used coke. I’m planning to have a drink this weekend after reaching a full 31 days AF. Don’t plan on doing the other stuff am keeping with the professional help for that. Joined the AF group in desperation tbt thought there’d be some people with similar substance problems not really the case I don’t think ha. Really pleased I joined anyway, really helped with my accountability re drinking as it’s definitely a habit I have if not a real problem as such.
