Slowdown

I didn’t do very well on my drinking amounts. I wanted to have 2 drinks for Friday and 2 Saturday. Ended up with 3 and 4. I feel like once I start it’s hard to stop. Looks like I had 13 units over the two days. Not at all pleased with myself. I find moderation a problem. 

I am declaring early for today so that’s 5/20 please cathybird.
