7/20 for me please cathybird.AF day yesterday and declaring early for today.Everyone seems to be doing very well on here. It is definitely been on my mind that I have to get myself back here to report my AF days. That helps.I have two big events on Friday and Saturday, an extended family dinner and my niece’s 18th birthday party. I’m a little concerned that I’ll end up with a hangover as I’m aware I lack self control where alcohol concerned. I really don’t want to go too far so I might put off having the first drink until later on and see if that helps. If anyone has any tips for me in a party situation where literally everyone will be drinking please let me know. I’ll be grateful for any suggestions to stop me going overboard.Thanks3

@Slowdown you are doing so well - you should be proud of yourself.I don’t have any suggestions, except to note that those events sound like nice celebrations, not something to fear. And you shouldn’t be afraid of how you will do, because you’ve got this! You know your goal and it will stay with you whilst you enjoy the parties. (Also one glass of water for every alcoholic drink ;-) whoops, that was advice wasn’t it….)
8/14 for me please @cathybird4 -

Good morning everyone. 😊 7/21 for me today please Cathybird. There will be more AF days for me this week. 👍 I had to get a tooth removed a couple of weeks ago which cost me £120. Dentist couldn’t get all of the root out so I have to go today for surgery. Another £189 for the pleasure, plus £45 if I need an X-ray and another £90 if I want a relaxant. 😡 NHS dentist impossible to find. 🙁🙁Pay ALL your debts by Xmas 2016 - No 30 £981.00/£3000:
