@Maman   Certainly have!  Corringham --> Basildon --> Chelmsford --> Stansted Airport (Coffee and cake break)  --> Bishops Stortford and back - all transport free! Only been home 20 mins or so. I had intended to go on to Saffron Walden but it might have been pushing time - miss the X10 express and it's 2 hours to the next one.  Next trip - Colchester for the County Cup final in April.

But 9/31 irrespective!

Rob my bus pass arrived yesterday and my first adventure was a short trip into town, usually I walk. I was half hoping the driver would reel back in disbelief but sadly not ( probably because I was carrying a shopping bag and wearing a woolly hat😄). I hope to try longer journeys but probably not as ambitious as you, at least not yet.

One of the local buses, the 374, is known as The Granny Bus! 
A long trip takes planning. Yes the woolie hat was a mistake. Next time try a baseball cap on sideways and say "'Sa bus innit Bruv y'know wo' I mean?". You'll be arrested for impersonating a teernager!
