Had a struggle with myself last night. Busy and very anxious day. We ate early and then DH went out to a meeting and I unfortunately remembered bottle of wine! Resisted, partly due to have declared early on here so declaring early again for Thursday, 5/15 please.
Great work for the other side of the world Cathybird. Hope you are managing to get your Dad sorted out and seeing friends and family too.4 -

Awe welcome LegoHead. 😊 I joined in January and the whole group are just amazing. Everyone tells it as it is and is supported by everyone else. Cathybird manages the thread and is just so efficient and lovely. 👏Pay ALL your debts by Xmas 2016 - No 30 £981.00/£3000:

Same here @maggiem. It's strange how the thread gives an accountability. Although in my case it was for totally different reasons. My team had a fantastic win last night, worthy of cracking open a celebratory bottle. But I didn't.😁😇maggiem said:Had a struggle with myself last night. Busy and very anxious day. Thanks all, wish me luck, I have zero self control when I have alcohol in the house. I do have some left, but going to try and resist this evening. I could pour it down the sink, but I want to prove to myself I have some will power.... :-)Debt Free April 2023 and now a mortgage free Wannabe6
