Still on 1 of 20.
So this was an epic fail.  My boyfriend walked out of his job, my ex wont settle, I'm trying to work from a house the ex owns and think my life has resembled a soap opera script.

I live alone and have fallen into having one glass of wine each night. To my surprise I have stuck at one glass.  Then I go to bed. I would like to give this up eventually but I do admit this is a cut down.

I think I need a new target.    I am going to aim for just 8 days this month.  Sorry @cathybird for the extra work

Sad about your troubles, Watty. But as you say, you're cutting down which isn't easy in the circumstances. Regard that as a positive - and one glass isn't exactly two bottles!

@Watty1 you should submit your storyline to ITV, it'd either be a soap or a comedy! I'm amazed you've been so restrained.

8/24 for me today please. I'm going out for a late lunch tomorrow with my sister. It had the potential to be messy, but I've got a meeting in the evening so that has saved me.

I went to a tai-chi class this afternoon, where everyone was new to it, so we all giggled at our uncoordinated moves. Doing the hand movements was fine. Doing the footwork was fine. But putting them together was were we wobbled.
