Giving Up/Cutting Down Alcohol Thread Part 17

Not checked in for a while but, despite having a busy and stressful week, I have stayed AF.
Was really proud I didn't drink last night - once I got to 5.00pm and all the stress was done, I could have sunk a bottle of red quite happily but we got a takeaway, lit the fire and watched a film instead. So here I am at 7.30 on Saturday morning, awake and hangover free as a result!
All of which is to say 10/26 for me as of last night.5 -

I'm still here. And up to 12 for the month. Managed my fifth weekend in a row, whoop whoop. So I'm officially up to 35 in a row.
Set a mini challenge yesterday. My 11 year old has never had a meal in a pub, so we decided to go for one. My girls know the "journey" I am on. Sometimes I think I am too vocal about it, as they are only 13 and 11. I had kombucha as I have never tried it, but the girls were suspicious about it having alcohol in it, haha. More because they are very supportive than they think I am trying to sneak alcohol in. There were a few trigger points, but not really. Was quite happy to leave after dinner leaving the rowdy after football supporters to carry on.
For me, the big challenge will be the all inclusive I am planning later in the year. You kinda want to get your money's worth, right? And no point in not doing all inclusive as I want it to be a stress free holiday for me and can't be doing with faffing with what to feel a teen and a pre-teen.
