Hi all, I predict 6/28 and 122 AFS's in a row (Ooh!) and a twiddly daisy tomorrow.
Talking about targets. make them easily achievable e.g. no beer today - when that's done, set another easy one rather than (say) "Right! 6 weeks without a drink!" because after two days it'll still seem miles away. Also ( as we're money-saving), put some change in a jar (or whatever your chosen method) and use that saved cash for something specific as a bigger target (£5 a day towards an MR2 here!).
Just my thoughts, could be total twaddle as normal!Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!4 -
