Struggling a bit here too. It's as if I've shown restraint through all the lockdowns, now getting really fed up and want to reward myself. Yesterday I found myself thinking, several times, how nice it would be to have a drink to look forward to in the evening. Fortunately the moment passed. I really want to stick with 4 AFDs a week unless an unexpected social occasion presents itself (remember those??🤨)
4/10 AFDs please Cathy4 -

I’m up to 5/20, so have managed my first week of no drinking sun-thurs.
Not finding it as difficult as I thought. Once I’m past the initial afternoon, finishing work, making dinner part of the day, I’m okay.
I always seemed to only drink water all day until I could enjoy the “good stuff,” but now I let myself have a coke or ice tea and mostly, it seems to be enough.
I am finding I’m very tired at the moment. Full of energy first thing, but tired late afternoon, evening. But I guess that’s how it’s meant to be right, otherwise why would we sleep?! Haha. I’m just used to feeling sluggish in the morning and then more awake later in the day due to having a few drinks.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

I too have wandered back to drinking every day so hope to reset over August. My body is feeling it and it has concerned me. So I’m also resetting. Aiming for 2 days a week but if I slip to 3 I won’t let it put me off trying. By September I would like to be in a consistent routine again.3/18 for me pleaseLive for the moment and plan for the future2
