Morning all, 

I didn’t get the chance to get through to DL today. I’ve got some time after lunch today and it’s on my list. 

Saying that I’m feeling good today. I ran 5k last night and I slept well. 

I don’t intend to drink tonight as I’m out and driving. 

But I won’t declare just yet.

Hello, can I come back please? I haven’t been here in a while, but drinking steadily creeping up.

I usually aim for 183 days a year af, but no hope of that even if I didn’t drink at all for the rest of the year!

Bit annoyed at myself as there’s no need to be drinking every day, but even though I tell myself this, I do find myself reaching for some after working or when I know I’m done driving for the day.

On top of this, it would appear that my mum has a problem with the stuff as well, but my dad has promised me he is keeping an eye on things. Yawn. 

My target for august is 20 please, but as I plan to only drink fri and sat, am hoping for more.
