Me too! Neo could be a potential switch from SP.0

Funny that, I was looking for info as well as I'm in the same boat
But at last SP is showing as my supplier on the relevant database so I'm initiating the switch to NEO 4.1 There's no exit fees, so what's to lose, another switch if I find something better.

Can only find a couple of reviews, neither very complimentary (1* ) no comment and one no stars and one other
""I have mailed payment to the address on the demand reminder and it has come back as unknown. i sent it some time back 24/9/20.
""I looked at getting a quote filled in the details and got a reply "one of our team will get back to you shortly""
Clicked on tariff info link on their website and it just takes you to get a quote
Think I will be avoiding them seems rather clock and dagger to me, unless anyone knows different0 -

New supplier. Clunky site. Have to register first. Then they will get back to you?
Neo Energy Neo Energy was launched in early 2020 and is owned by Euston Energy. It offered free electricity during the months of June and July to customers signing up between 11 April and 30 April 2020. It is the world’s first energy supplier to allow customers to pay with cryptocurrency. Some industry experts have raised questions over the financial sustainability of the company for offering its customers free energy. However Neo Energy’s CEO said ‘there are so many additional risks running an energy company and it’s just another one.’

They also are related to Northumbria Energy who may or may not be still trading. I don't like the look of them so I'm avoiding them for now.1

See https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/09844783/persons-with-significant-control along with Mr Timothy John Cantle Jones on 16 January 2019. But see also https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/boss-of-1-7m-energy-flop-future-launches-new-firm-from-his-family-home-s6m053gzz
It would also seem that Northumbria Energy is in Liquidation, see https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/08799870 confusing that Northumbria Energy still have a vaguely working website!Hasbeen said:New supplier. Anyone know how many customers NEO have?

It has come up cheapest for me and you can pay by quarterly dd or on receipt of bill at no extra cost.

Well it's now nearly 5 full working days since completing their on-line clunky quote thing and I've not heard a dicky bird. I thought that I'd try to ring them on their advertised number 0808 168 4861 but that is clunky !!! Sometimes it rings very very very briefly then goes clunk and returns "Number Unobtainable Tone" other times returns NUT immediately. So I think we can all draw conclusions from that. Whilst Symbio has several cheap deals for me, there's too many bad comments, so I'm I'm off to the next cheapest quote that I've got which is Neon Reef.
