Hello my lovely friends...,,

sorry Bala that I've not posted much but tbh I feel that as lockdown grinds on  life has been a tad mundane of late and that I hadn't really much to say.  

 Not like me, because normally I can talk for England. 😂

anyway the vaccine went well, it was very well organised, straight in, no messing about or hanging around. Apparently 10m have now been vaccinated. That is impressive.😁.   At this rate we will crack through in no time at all and then hopefully we will all be safer and we can start getting our lives back.  I have loads of plans and ideas......I am so looking forward to getting going.

Like a racehorse under starters orders, I'm chomping at the bit. 😂🤣

It would have been my wedding anniversary tomorrow so I have treated myself to two bunches of flowers and my favourite champagne chocolate truffles.  My darling would approve.  I shall cook myself something nice and open a bottle of wine in honour of the occasion.

Bala, DH has plans to sell the cottage, buy a plot and self build......I'm undecided at the moment 🙄

Whilst this will never be the *dream* home (we sold that, sadly and I miss it daily), the cottage is improving with everything we do and ultimately should be fairly special (imho, lol!).

I'm torn between actually staying in a property we've invested so much blood, sweat and tears in - have always sold up immediately after finishing projects previously - and moving back to my family's roots in East Anglia to build something we've designed ourselves.....

Decisions, decisions!

Biggest Champagne moment, my great grandson Shylo was born yesterday at 2.19am and I feel so happy and blessed after all of the sadness and grief.
