You say that, but with these types of queries, they "make" time when they have lots of questions to ask or want to vent, but quite often when its resolved they forget those of us that spent our own time trying to help to inform us what happened.
Perhaps those cables went to his EV charger!

I was wondering about this one earlier, when my sister took meter readings for me at the family home that we're clearing - because she'd mis-written it down last week and transposed 2 digits and I thought we had another garden pump style electricity spike incident.    Only a minor one compared to this though.  

The OP hasn't been 'active' here since 11 January at 6:08PM.  Although it presumably doesn't record if you lurk without being logged in.

Shame, but not surprising we didn’t get a result. It’s hardly as if the OP suddenly forgot. I do wonder which device was the culprit.
