Remind them that they have to be able to find you using your details. If they can't their systems are not fit for purpose and they must self report to the ico2

Nothing will stop then from going to court if they decide that is what they want to do.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3

It's worse to get a claim to an old address. That's how people get CCJs behind their backs that come back to bite them a couple of years down the line.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You're right of course, but @Justme2020 seemed to be suggesting that if the PPC cannot find any record of any incident using the OP's details, then how will they find sufficient detail to raise a claim?

They were saying they needed a VRM to find the data, that doesnt mean they dont have anothe rsystem that triggers off dates and pushes files for court action .3

SAR received today. Man, they've sent me a whole bunch of info, photos and at my request, all the infomation from their associated companies (IE: threatening 'debt collectors').I'll go back to the Newbie thread, but assume now, I hold fire and wait for the inevitable LBC?0

The reason you submit a SAR is to get everything they know about you and the alleged incident. Keep that information secure as it will be useful when it comes to witness statement time.5
