Ok in this order and apologies again.
Go to store saying I received this in the post ( or dont show ?) and I am not happy as I am not the driver just the keeper. I feel harassed.
They say sorry Guv no can do to helping me
I go to land owner find out who land owner is - email or call them ?
They say sorry no can do Guv again.
Then I appeal to to CPM with the template - do I use all the template that I copied and pasted or more or less.
I am hopeless seriously - I don't want to email the wrong info.

The royal WE usually works , the WE visited the premises , WE parked , WE , WE , WE !!
Ask the retailer who the actual landowner is , or the council , otpr pay the Land Registry a small fee !!
Be like Poirot , not Clouseau !!
Email is better , or actual olde worlde written letters , not phone calls !
Do not expect a cancellation from an appeal to UKCPM , more chance of you winning the rollover tonight !!1 -
You obviously take a photocopy to the store...this is not stuff that should make anyone feel out of their depth. It's common sense to complain to the store but not hand over the original scam PCN letter and dead easy simply to complain saying ''we' or ''the driver'' did this/that and ''we are horrified to be penalised...what are you going to do about it, you must get so many complaints but the contract must allow you to cancel these scam PCNs for customers.''PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am back from Aldi ! The store manager gave me the business card of the land owner . I will email this person with the template attached to the newbie link.
The signs whilst everywhere are written in such tiny writing I doubt anyone over the age of 35 can see the info without reading glasses. I also am in the mood to email the ceo of Aldi UK and highlight that the crooks they are in contract with are clearly setting out to scam/trip people up with the small writing. Whilst in the car park I pointed out the numerous amounts of cars not parked exactly within the lines. Maybe a tannoy reminding everyone to read all the signs info before entering the space. Supply of plus 2 reading specs for the visually impaired. Maybe each space requires a signed contract prior to parking.
The PCN says the event took place 18 DEC - the issue date is 21 December - it then says this notice is deemed to have been given to you on the second working day after the date of sending the above.
Do I assume the sending date is the issue date ? 21 December plus 2 days would be 23 December.
I know many say ignore the 14 day frightener but how do I calculate the 14 days and 28 days and finally when should I appeal by as there doesn't seem to be a set appeal by date.
Thanks all for all your help so far.

The store manager gave me the business card of the land owner . I will email this person with the template attached to the newbie link. No, don't use that, it's designed for appealing to PPCs. You need to put your complaint to the landowner in your own words. If they get the template, it just won't make any sense .... and will hit the bin within seconds. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You are not emailing an APPEAL to a landowner, it will make no sense to him/her whatsoever.
As Umkomaas says, you are complaining in yiour own words. Don't look for a stupid template for a complaint.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have emailed without template to the land owner and I have sent an email to Aldi CEO just to say these people are going to kill customer loyalty. TBH I won't shop there again.2

Write your own bespoke complaint to the landowner , not the appeal template , so in your own words , same as your complaint to the CEO of Aldi
The issue date is the 21st when the PPC processed it , not the incident date 3 days earlier , nor would I rely on 28 days from the 23rd !!
The 28 days to appeal is from the issue date at best , not that it will result in a cancellation , it's just a forlorn formality with little hope of success , more chance of you winning a lottery rollover with one lucky dip !! Just do it around day 25 from the 21st
The bespoke landowner complaint is your best solution , it always is , regardless
This set of events shows that Aldi do not own the land or store , they are tenants or leaseholders , not landowners , hence why you complain to the organ grinder and not the monkey3 -
I have spoken to the land owner re the ticket and it has been cancelled. Thanks for all your support - couldn't have done it without you.4
