I am going to try and have a go at this. Can probably only manage very small overpayments at the moment, but aiming for 1% seems achievable.

- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £233,521
- OPs to mortgage = £11,338 Interest saved £5225 to date

Found another £13.27 from monthly travel budget to send to the mortgage to reduce it to 188400 to feed my need for neatness. Will keep making tidy up payments until we start 2023 1% target.
