Yesterday I tackled some annoying jobs on my list. I was very productive in the morning and even managed to get myself a walk in the snow.
Today I don't have many plans - aiming for another nsd. It's ages since I've had three in a row. DS wants me to go out and buy golden chicken (nothing has changed there then) but he has enough in the freezer - just not the brand that he wants. Tough.
I have already cleared and sorted the cats out, had two cups of tea. Other than that I will:
Continue using up leftovers from Christmas and NY (nearly done)
Stay hydrated to stop me overeating
Nap if I need to (am stressing about not knowing what's going to happen at work tomorrow)
Crochet
Meeting later this afternoon
Relax and enjoy my last day offNot giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Morning CCL, good to see you back on the thread. Think I read you haven't been on here for most of this year
I'm pinching your tip to stay hydrated to stop over eating.
Today I need to go grocery shopping, do a little sanding and maybe some painting and bake a cake. I also need to pay my cc and clear the balance.
I'm considering whether to buy a ninja foodi. It's a big outlay but I really want one!
Hope you all have a lovely relaxing dayDF as at 30/12/16

Morning allDidn't get up till 7.45 this morning, which is really late for me!Not raining (at the moment) and not icy, so good dog walk this morningShopping delivery has arrived and is all put away - only fairly low level freezer tetris needed this time as I only had to fit in a loaf of bread
Wasn't a big shop, mainly fresh stuff. Next one booked for the 13th but I can see me needing to get fruit at least before then. Hopefully the pre-Christmas queues at Waitr*se will now have subsided. May alternatively try a local co-op, again within walking distance, recommended by a neighbour. Not sure what the fresh stuff is like though.
As it was a spend day (shopping delivery paid for) I ordered seed potatoes for the garden from a nursery that sells on ebay. I ordered a very early variety (Rocket) for the raised bed, and a second early (Nicola) to grow in potsNot a huge outlay even with delivery, as I only have a small garden. When they arrive they can be put into egg trays to sprout on the windowsill.
I have washed my hair, and started to clean the bathroom (bath done and bin emptied so far) and got side tracked cleaning the mucky kitchen sink - I have one of the big white porcelain ones, and it looks awful if not sparkly clean. Now got a coffee and keeping an eye out of the window on OH, who is up on the workshop roof doing something or otherI intend to do some more cleaning (finish the bathroom for a start!), pack some more ebay parcels, list a couple more things, and find some items for my sales unit tomorrow. Don't know how long we will be allowed to stay open, we are currently in tier 3 but surrounded very closely, less than 20 miles in several directions, by tier 4 areas. But the shop will be open tomorrow, and I at least need to tidy up after the Christmas period, which was pretty busy.Got sausages out of the freezer for dinner, so sausages, mash, kale from the garden and onion gravy it is!2 -
Hi can I join in please? Cut some gift tags from Christmas cards for next Christmas. Plan in January to have a few days off work to have a loft sort out to find surplus stuff to sell. Also find a pack of knitting needles rather than buying and hopefully some wool to knit with ( stops me eating through boredom when knitting)Pay ALL your debt off by Xmas 2021 no 50 Target for this year £12,000

Hmm tried to go shopping today in L1dl and there was literally nothing on the shelves - suspecting late effect of trucking issues. Also a couple of things seemed to have doubled in price - 2 long sweet peppers £2.30 approx! Apart from that a bit of a muddled day - taking down Christmas deccos trying to get in the mood for work tomorrow, a bit of HIIT, and not much else really!Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%
