Happy new year everyone! 🎉
I'm starting my frump to fab mission today with a short yoga session, a shower, exfoliate, moisturise and hair mask then I'll put on some perfume, wrap up warm and take my grandbaby out to feed the ducks 😊 I'm having fruit for breakfast, jacket potato with houmous for lunch and a buddha bowl for dinner.
I've decided that when (if🤔) the restrictions are lifted I'm going to find a hairdresser and have a cut and colour along with a trip to get my eyebrows sorted - it's been over a year since I've had my hair done and about 3 months since my eyebrows- I'mlooking more like a wookie than a human!! 🙈😂
Happy fabbing!!

Happy New Year everyone. My next hair appt is 23/1 so that will be cancelled I expect. I have my 2 colours done every other visit, so roughly every 14 to 15 weeks. My hands too are dry with the constant washing, got lots of lovely hand creams in though6

Happy New Year! Just been giving my nails a treatment - using the stuff in the M&S Beauty Box that was on offer before Christmas and I've been saving til now. There's a lot of items in there, I'm very pleased.5

Happy New Year everyone.😊 Good to hear of all the plans. Despite the horror show that was 2020, it still feels good to look ahead. There's lots we can do to look and feel good, even when salons are closed.
I completely agree with ancientmum. We are all individuals and make choices about what makes us feel good. There is no right (or wrong) way. My audit is just about what’s working for me and what I need to work harder on. It’s great to hear what other people do, products they use etc but it’s not compulsory. I’m just thinking aloud and it helps to write it down.😊
I’m moving on to thinking about face today. There’s far too much for one post so I’ll start with skincare. I use a makeup remover and a face wash, Clinique is my current favourite. Occasionally I use my Clinique complexion brush with the face wash. Then I use serum. I like Clarins Double Serum best but to eke it out I do use Flaxseed oil instead on days when I have time to let it soak in. Then I have a Benefit moisturiser and Clinique eye cream. I realise that all the products I’ve listed are quite expensive but it’s the hydration that’s important and an Aldi or Lidl day cream can be just as effective. I’ve also started using less product, a pea size (well, perhaps a large pea!)😉 amount of moisturiser is enough.
I'm taking it easy today. We had a lovely NYE, had a good meal, played cards, watched a film and saw the new year in. All fine but when DH went to bed I started listening to some music on YouTube. Big mistake! It's addictive and I ended up going to bed after 2.30 a.m. 😴

Happy New Year everyone, hope it's a better one.
Women and cats will do as they please and men and dogs should get used to it.;)
