Bluetooth hearing aids aren’t available on the NHS. Not everyone can afford top of the range.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

There is no excuse for hard of hearing having TVs or music loud that it will annoy neighbours.   My husbands hearing aids are blue tooth and the radio or his phone go straight to his hearing aid, tv can have the words on the screen, I can’t recall what that is called, old age setting in I think.
Tell me which NHS trust provide those and I'll move to get them because I can't afford a thousand+ for that type of aid. That is assuming that they are doing assessments for hearing aids as mine isn't.
If I was successful through RBL before they ran out of the money for veterans hearing support then I could have got those. The cost was around the £4k mark including the additional kit to allow connection to the TV.

I have a friend who has been partially deaf since childhood.  His hearing aid has Bluetooth and is definitely NHS.

Anything above basic is very much dependent on the trust. Some trusts may do Bluetooth but it is not global.
