Its been a productive day I think.
* 2 loads of washing dried on the line and on their way back up the stairs to individuals rooms.
* Finally managed to get the medicine prescribed for DD1's cough (3rd time of trying) and she says it is already making a difference to her breathing.
* Made progress in clearing the kitchen and putting things away. Not there yet, but we have our kitchen table and work surface back!
* DD2's bedroom has been sorted a little more. Again not finished but more carpet can be seen at last.
* Crochet at the library was good and they were very impressed with the progress that I had made. They also mentioned that they will be sad to see us go when school starts again. DD2 straight away said that we will be back in the half term, so she must be enjoying herself too.
* Entered a lot of competitions today as well as getting some freebies
No pizza tonight so we had pasta bake. Will aim to do pizza tomorrow. Other than the donation at the library no money was spent today.
Jobs for tomorrow:
* Feed plants outside
* Weed front garden (still not managed this - feel like I am watched when out there so need a helper child and no one is keen to help!)
* Meet friend at the car boot very early tomorrow morning
* Meet work friends for lunch
* Put instrument in loft and anything else that needs to go up there.
That should be enough for tomorrow as I am probably out most of the day. If it is sunny I would like to get another few loads of washing sorted.Me, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

I didn't sleep very well last night at all. I think I have hurt a muscle in my back/shoulder. Either way I could just not get comfy in bed. I eventually took some tablets and then my stomach decided to join in and play up. I think I finally got to sleep around 4am. I then had alarms going off at 7am to get up for the car boot. If I make it to bed time without a nap it will be a miracle.
It was really lovely to catch up with an old friend. We don't get to see each other very often anymore so when we do we always have a lot to hear about. While at the car boot I found a wicker basket that my DD2 was after. Much cheaper and nicer than the ones I have seen elsewhere. I was going to keep it for her birthday but she spotted it before I could hide it.
I dressed too warmly earlier and was too hot going around the car boot, so I am now in a summer dress which is better suited to the weather here. I am about to put another load in the washing machine and then get it dried quickly on the line.
Done a few surveys to boost the money coming in as well as a few competitions. You never know

I am done for the day other than making dinner. Pizza dough is in the bread maker as we speak.
I have made £7.37 on surveys, entered a few more competitions, seen friend at the car boot, met work friends for lunch, ***Weeded the front garden with the help of all 3 children as well as planting the plant that I bought ages ago***, and also fed the plants.
I haven't done any washing, but tomorrow is also supposed to be nice, and I haven't put the instrument in the loft. Might get this done today if I have any energy left. I am happy that the garden is sorted, and to be honest even if that was the only thing to get done today that would have been enough.
I will keep going with the surveys this evening and hopefully make a few more pennies for the potMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

I cant believe it is Thursday again already. The weeks have flown by so far and only 2 weeks left before back to work. Don't get me wrong I am very grateful of the long holidays, and I do like the job, but whys it fly by lol. Got a better nights sleep thankfully so am all set for todays jobs.
Todays list of jobs:
* Washing up to date as the sun is shining
* Bits into the loft
* Collect DD1's result for btech
* Take post and record on app
* DD2 has art day at the library
* Club late for the children
* Dinner into the slow cooker
I'm sure there are other bits that I am forgetting like ringing nana to see if she is free tomorrow as she never gave me an answer last week.
Someone has also nicked my shorts lol. They have vanished and I only saw them the other night. I am the only person that they will fit so have no idea where they have gone. Will be on the hunt later today lol.

Sorry you had a rough night yesterday. I'd be cranky and out of sorts all day. Good to hear your crochet classes are going so well and that DD enjoys them too.
As far as being watched in the garden, whenever I go outside, I just try to look as sweet as can be. I'll wave to whomever I see watching and more often than not they'll just make small talk about gardening and then be on their way. Since my sweet elderly neighbor moved away, I'm hoping someone will come along with gardening tips, lol. We also picketfenced the entire front yard which I feel gives me a sense of my privacy but I know that's not possible everywhere.Mortgage start date Dec 2015 - $64,655.00

Thank you @LeighofMar. I know most of it is probably in my head, but just feel they are watching out of the windows and lots of twitching curtains. Not that I am doing anything wrong or anything worth reporting back on lol.
Today has been sunny since lunch time and we popped a load of washing on the line. I asked everyone for their washing and we only produced 1 load. No doubt tomorrow when its supposed to be not so nice everyones washing baskets will be full.
DD1 passed her exam but isn't happy with the grade so would like to resit next year. I will go with whatever she wants and I guess that is the benefit of doing it in the first year. She has been a little grumpy but a pass is a pass. She has spoken to the rest of the class and they all got lower than had hoped so it wasn't just her. Next week DS who did very little work for his 1 exam will get his result - goodness knows what that result will be.
Post done and recorded, surveys taken (now over £20), dinner eaten and DD2 enjoyed her art class at the library. She came home around 3 and has been crafting since. She loves it.
Not managed the loft as yet so that will probably carry over until tomorrow. We are off to see Nana after some rearranging of things. Also arranged trip out with my Dad and the children to a local forest in a few weeks. Haircuts arranged for the girls but still need to sort DS's once I can remember the name of the chap he normally has.
I promised the children a carvery over the holidays but we have yet to go. Need to find a day when that is possible and book a table. So many things on the list have not been done. Never mind there will be weekends and half terms.Me, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

We have not done too much this morning as have been out visiting Nana. She is the only person on XH's side of the family that we keep in touch with and was like a mum to him. We don't get to see her enough but need to make more of an effort as she is not getting any younger. It is also the only time we go to that town too. We have been going in the opposite direction to a town that is much better and once Primark has been built (by Christmas hopefully) then there is no reason to go anywhere else lol. The choice of shops are much better and unlike the old town almost all of the shops are occupied plus there is a great market.
I have done a few more surveys before and after visiting Nana and the balance is slowly increasing. I have had to call the electrician (still waiting for a call back) to come and mend DS's light switch. He bumped into it and it disintegrated. Must have got it on a weak point as it has broken like glass. I have banned him from turning the light on until it is safe to do so. He has LED lights around the top of his room which give out plenty of light so not in the dark. I guess I know where the survey money will be heading.
I need to get in the loft later but other than that I think it is going to be a quiet day of plodding around the house with no real intention of getting much sorted.Me, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Nothing much planned for today. DD'S have work and volunteering to do but nothing else. DS and I might try to get some art pictures taken so we can send them to the school for printing. We didn't know we could do that last year so spent a fortune getting them printed. I am also needing to be home to wait for a parcel so going out will depend on the time it arrives, as it cant be left with anyone else.
The sun is currently out after a night of storms and hopefully it will stay so I can do the washing againMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Well I have had a very lazy day and sat on the sofa for most of it.
Washing still on the line, which I will get in next but it has been a great day for drying. Lets hope tomorrow is just as good.
Tonight's dinner was not planned so we went through the freezer and took out the odds and ends that were left in many plastic bags. We now have a quite empty looking freezer. I took out the chopped bacon pieces that have been in there since I cant remember when and we will fill a bap with them in the morning with the left over mushrooms in the freezer.
On Monday DD2 and I have outdoor cooking and we get to bring home a huge box of food. In fact most times because people don't turn up the spare boxes are shared between those that can use the food. We inevitably come home with more than we would have done, so I need to keep the fridge quite empty. I do need to go and get some bits tomorrow but it will be the bare minimum from aldi using our school vouchers.Me, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Good morning, I've just waved off DD1 to her first day of work experience. I think the drive there is more of a concern to her than the actual work, but it will hopefully improve her confidence, and maybe by the end of the week she will be happy with the drive and also know if architecture or office work is the way to go.
This week is extremely packed with activities. We have outdoor cooking today followed by the gate man and electrician coming round to do little bits. We then have band for DD2. Between the cooking and band we also need to fit showers in so we don't smell of smoke. Later in the week we also have crochet, haircuts, art on the park, art at the library, gcse results, cookie making at the youth group and watering plants for boss and feeding cat for my brother. This along with the work experience and day to day things should have me exhausted by the end of the week.
I need to load the dishwasher and maybe get a load of washing on the line before we go to cooking. I need to leave DS a few jobs to do so he comes up for air on the computer at some point while we are gone. I have told him that he can come with us but he doesn't enjoy the sessions other than starting the fire which is over quite quickly.
Right off to do the dishwasher and make the kitchen look a little betterMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19
