I've been awol for a while 🙈 lots has gone on and I think I need to revisit and revise my goals!! 😉 In future, I'm breaking them own to annual/monthly/weekly- itself easier to keep track!
So- these were my goals and where I'm at currently:
1. 21 alcohol free days per month (this has been a flop - I did a bit of a detox last month and achieved it then but that's the only time! 🙈)
2. 21 NSD's per month (achieved this every time other than during detox - soft fruit just doesn't last long enough! )
3. 21 yoga sessions per month (did 6 out of every 7 days during detox but haven’t achieved before or since)
4. 21 self-care days this year (every day during detox 😉 )
5. 21 days in the garden this year (nope - weather has been horrendous!!)
6. 21 walks on a weekend this year (see above! 😂)
7. 21 books read this year (haven't got further than 2)
8. 21 jars of preserves/sauces made this year (not done any yet)
9. Lose 21lbs this year (lost 9 but put a lot back on over the past couple of weeks)
10. Save £21 per month from Persie budget this year (so far so good!)
11. 21 glasses of water per week (exceeded on my detox)
12. Save £21 from the weekly grocery budget 21 times this year (achieved every week to date )
13. Make 21 new recipes this year (probably done around 7? 🤔)
14. 21 no tech days (other than whatsapp to dd) this year (nope)
15. 21 lie-ins this year (4 to date)
16. 21 minutes of cleaning daily (nope)
17. 21 outstanding house/garden jobs this year (3 I think)
18. 21 uses of my kitchen gadgets this year (smashed this during detox)
19. 21 donations to the food bank this year (not yet 😔)
20. 21 different types of fruit/veg grown this year (currently got chilli, tomatoes, aubergines, lettuce, broadbeans, runner beans, climbing French beans, beetroot, peas, chard, savoy cabbage, sweetcorn, butternut squash, courgettes, brussel sprouts, strawberries, blueberries & raspberries on the go)
21. 21 outings with my grandbaby this year (5)
