Original idea by Lurker1972 .
Original thread : 20 20s in 2020
The challenge is about thinking of 21 goals that you want and could do 21 times over in 2021.
It can be big, small, fun, goal-focused etc. It doesn't matter, just Make it yours!
PS - Don't put lots of things on your list that is based on the 'outside' world in case of the current climate. I did this last year not know

I will join you, if I may? I participated in the 2020 thread and need to tally up my results. I know I failed at a few things, so may keep my list of challenges down below 21. Having the accountability is good, though.

It ain’t what you do, it’s the way that you do it - that’s what gets results!

I can't wait to see what you have accomplished in the previous thread & look forward to seeing your list for this year.
It's fine to do less than 21 things & make the challenge your own.
I do think 21 things will be hard but not impossible.
@Frith , a huge hello & welcome to the new challenge. I love the goals you do have on the list already & would love to see what else you can come up with.
@villagelife , Welcome to the new thread its great to have you! Awesome list you have there!

Hi, I would like to join if you'll have me? I am struggling to think of 21 things though, so have pinched a few of yours:
1. Watch 21 new to me films
2. Read 21 books
3. Cook 21 new recipes
4. Drink 21 bottles of water per week (you may think this is nuts, but I only really drink tea and coffee and need to up my water intake. This is 3 bottles of water per day, so should be doable and have already started)
5. Make 21 overpayments to main mortgage (need to check this is possible as we're on a fixed rate for 2 more years)
6. Lose 21lbs (hoping numbers 4 and 7 will help with this)
7. Run sub 33 minute 5k 21 times
8. Pamper myself 21 times
9. 21 NSDs per month
I'm due to take some unpaid leave to walk JoGLE in 2021 - was meant to be this year, but, you know, Covid. Obviously I won't be able to watch films or cook new recipes when I'm hiking - unless instant noodles on a camping stove count?!
Will add to the list if I think of anything else.

@Coxy11 , Welcome to the challenge! Of course we will have you.
Thanks okay , It was super hard for me to find what I wanted to do so I went back to the 2020 thread (linked above) and just took inspo from others. There isn't a rush to get 21 goals set in stone now...
You still have a few days until 2021 and even then you can add to it during the year!
I may change some of my goals , unsure yet though
Good luck though, your list sound superb already!3 -
A couple of years ago there was a big craze of doing something similar On social media. It was like list 101 things you wanted to do in your lifetime. It was said that if you actually wrote the list down, you would achieve to do most if not all of them. Some were simple things others we worldwide achievements.I would love to join this challenge here. Will be back with my 21 list soon.x:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.003

@amber03 I think that's the 101 things in 1001 days? I signed up to day zero project for that. I write my list but never accomplish or try to. I found that my life changed along too much for me to continue or hit rough patches and lost motivation.
But its great to be here this year running this challenge...I'm super psyched to have you as part of it. I can't wait to see what you wish to accomplish this year 😁2 -
Hey guys.
I have changed my list a little again.
I recently purchased a law of attraction clever fox planner for 2021 to help me become more organised and goal orientated. This is because 2021 should be a big one for me and my hubs.
We are aiming to buy our first home and I wish to at least try for a baby around 6-8 months after moving in, given everything has gone smoothly.
So I need to be super focused and accountable.
In the front of the book it helps you to think of goals for each important aspect of life, which ive posted below with the goals under them.
I thought that it makes sense to do it this way to ensure all areas of my life are covered but would be easier to attempt to complete them just because of how the planner is set out.
Took me a few hours to research goals for each area , whilst I was awake in the early hours due to a Fibromyalgia flare .
I am so happy with the final list and cannot wait to start !
