Gosh... that's a lot of counting and remembering!!!
I've managed to keep on moving... (jogging x 3 per week) which has boosted the average daily total and this in turn has also help keeping the weight in check, just swayed over once which is really good. Feb here we come!!! Time to start sowing seeds soon so there will be something for no 7 at the end of this month.0 -

4. Drink 21 bottles of water per week 6!/21 - this has gone out the window as the temperature has been minus since Sunday and just fancy tea/coffee.
5. Make 21 overpayments to main mortgage - 3/21
6. Lose 21lbs - 2/21 - a lb on this week as comfort ate Mon-Wed. Must try harder.
7. Run sub 33 minute 5k 21 times 2/21 - No running since last Friday due to laying snow and ice.
8. Pamper myself 21 times 3/21 - painted my nails on Sunday
9. 21 NSDs per month - 8/21 (Jan 15/21)
