Get a cat?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?2

Many people would think that incinerating the neighbours' birds or suffocating them with fumes from a barbecue is an OTT response. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?10

Many people would think that is not a bad joke but then they obviously understand humour better than you.

Hi FtbDream. Please be insistent that nothing comes over the fence boundary line - so they need to allow for the fascia and guttering when they cut that overhang back.If you don't do this, it will annoy you for as long as you live there. And will become even more annoying when you come to sell.If the finished job is ugly, add trellis to the top of the fence and plant climbers along it.6

They have cut it to within the boundary but when I said the gutter he said it’ll just drip onto the fence which I’m not too happy about. I will make them replace the fence when it’s rotten. I can’t have cats. My dog would eat them for breakfast!Mortgage started August 2020 £69,700
