Just checking in as it's been a while since I last posted.
Still only managed the mim agreed payments each month though Student Loan cleared this morning, so that feels nice.
Hopefully get a planned bonus end of month plus a small amount in a savings account has matured so that's all going onto cc over next few days.
Debt free by Xmas 2021 no 042 = £4,496.84/£15,000 (30% cleared)
LBM 02/01/2021 (£52,000) + (£27,000 2023 home repairs)
Now 05/12/2025 (£14,724)
81.5% of debt cleared
HSBC Mortgage = £43,630 (4.69% 105 repayments to go)
HSBC loan = £1,208 (5.3% APR) £302/mth (4 repayments to go)
Admiral loan = £13,516 (2.7% APR) £321/mth (42 repayments to go)
Regular Saver = £1500/2000
Emergency Fund = £200/20000 -
I don’t think I’ll manage overpayments this month, but my April payments, minus interest are in.
