Are you sure you mean "postcode"? It would be unusual for one postcode to cover as many as 123 addresses.
Yes, its indeed for the postcode.

FWIW, Streetcheck doesn't display data for a single postcode - it displays data for a larger area including that postcode.

To find out a list of properties for a specific postcode, you could type the postcode in here: https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode

As an example, if you give Streetcheck the postcode "WD17 1PE" (which relates to a supermarket and nothing else), it gives details of 188 properties around that supermarket.

As Streetcheck explains for the above supermarket postcode:

The postcode is within the Central ward/electoral division, which is in the constituency of Watford. This page combines information for the address Albert Road South, Watford, WD17 1PE, and the neighbourhood in which it resides. If you wish, you can also view information for the whole of WD17 here. For more details on the exact area these statistics cover, please see the map below and click "Show Census Area Covered" immediately below the map.

Obviously the 29 owned by the council aren't going to feature anyway, and right-to-buy purchases don't show up in the normal sales data, only if somebody subsequently sold on the open market. RTB buyers tend to be an older demographic (by the time they've accumulated any right/discount) so less likely to be upsizing / moving for work / new partners etc.
It really isn't, my friend lives in a village of around 2500 people and there are only two postcodes!
    That sounds...odd. Which village/postcode(s)?

Thanks all, I checked Rightmove as well and there are only 4 and none in the last two years. How do I evaluate the price if there is no history in the area to compare with ? I am worried about the property holdings it’s value if we ever have to move out and if there would be demand

Is the number of social houses normal? Anything to be concerned? I personally have no idea what is the impact but generally perceived to be not good don’t know why

You look further afield than just the 123 properties you've checked.
You haven't told us what sort of area you're looking at, but the amount of social housing doesn't seem particularly abnormal to me. They're not all in their own separate ghetto.

Streetcheck is showing the numbers for the whole of High Road, Cowley - not just your postcode. According to 192.com, there are around 24 properties in ub8 2hl, which sounds a lot more 'normal'.
