OP's V5C wouldn't be any good as it has the name that Gladrags have used.

Your MCOL Claim History will tell you when the CCBC send you your DQ.
Alternatively, download one and send it off.
You'll then be able to forget about this until well into January/February.

Thanks for all your help everyone, I am now at WS stage. I have received Gladstones/PCM ltd WS. their key points are:
- Parked outside the confines of a marked pay (the bays are contrasting block paving and not painted white lines and i was parked on the main road which had no marking of the area being restricted)
- Breach of contact
- Being instructed to operate at the location

It possibly makes it out of date. Whether it makes it void is a question to make in your WS to get the Judge's view. PCM UK Ltd left the BPA years ago. I'm on my mobile now but I look later once home to give you the approx date. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Please show us the scammer's WS including evidence, especially the alleged contract. Only redact YOUR personal data.
I'm sorry to labour the point, but if you redact anything other than your own data, it makes it more difficult for us to help you. The WS and alleged contract will contain information that can be used to search for example, Companies House records to determine if the signatories can actually be authorised to sign a contract.
If the scammers have redacted anything, please tell us.
Hopefully we will be able to poke holes in their WS so that you can comment on it in your own WS before you need to submit it, so please show us asap.

Your defence stage is behind you, your WS is "in support of your defence as already filed" and should be a narrative, supporting and backing up (with evidence) the points that you made in your defence.rajon said:Thanks for all your help everyone, I am now at WS stage. I am looking at similar case at the location where I received the PCN to build my defence. I noticed the operators (PCM ltd) contract with the land owner states they must operate to the BPA/AOS COP. But PCM operates under the IPC COP and all the signage at the location has IPC operator logo. So my question is does this make the contract void?2 -
