as others have said, it is a light bulb and just because it happens to be inside the fridge makes no difference.  it is still a lightbulb so you will need to replace it.

replacing it is very simple, so just take the old one out to identify what it is, buy an exact match from ebay and put it in.  if you can't be bothered then use the fridge without light and let the landlord deduct the cost of the bulb when you leave from your deposit.

Check it is the bulb - I found I had accidentally flicked the on/off sensor lever into the off position so changing the bulb didn't help.  About 2 seconds to sort once I realised what the problem was.
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,

Even if the fridge were faulty, we don't know who is responsible for repairing the fridge.
What does the contract say? LLs automatic responsibility is "not other fixtures, fittings and appliances for making use of the supply of water, gas or electricity),.... "
But as others have said- it's a consumable. A light bulb.

Not sure why the principle would be any different. It's a light bulb, it needs replaced from time to time. Is it a big deal?
But it is part of the fridge.
And the light bulb in the living room is part of the ceiling light, which is in turn part of the house, I fail to see the difference. My suggestion in this instance is to go forth and screw (a new light bulb in)
